Mailing Etiquette For Wedding Invitations
	When to send out invites It is appropriate to send invitations out 2-3 months prior to the event date. If you have a lot of people coming in from out of town it would be nice to send invites sooner, or, send out save the date cards to those guests.
	When to request response cards It is reasonable to request response cards between 2 weeks and 6 weeks prior to your wedding. Personally, I think requesting it for 1 month in advance is most reasonable. It gives you ample time to prepare seating plans, finalize meal details, and order extra favors etc if necessary.
